Wayne A. Grosnick, M.S., CAP
President/CEO

Wayne Grosnick has been a therapist, counselor, educator and administrator in the mental health, EAP, and substance abuse treatment fields for over 30 years. He founded SOLUTIONS in 1997 and has worked to expand and diversify the organization's offering of services to include a variety of behavioral healthcare services which now includes psychiatry, clinical psychology, mental health counseling, substance abuse and addictions treatment, a full range of employee assistance and consultation services to business and industry, and a variety of services to special populations. In addition to his administrative responsibilities at SOLUTIONS, Mr. Grosnick is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Human Services at Springfield College, Springfield MA, is an associate professor at Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences, Physician Assistant, Miami FL, and maintains an active caseload as a therapist at SOLUTIONS. Mr. Grosnick received an A.A. degree in Humanities and Social Science from the County College of Morris in NJ, a B.S. degree in individual & Family Studies from Penn State University, a M.S. degree from Springfield College, Springfield, MA, and is currently completing his Doctorate in Clinical Sexology from the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists in Orlando, FL.

Suzanne L. King, M.S., CMHP
Counselor/Adult Services

Ms. King has been affiliated with Solutions since 2005.  She has a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services, both from Springfield College, Springfield, MA; is a Certified Mental Health Counseling, both with the Florida Certification Board and a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist with the National Association of Forensic Counselors.  She has worked in the addictions field for over ten years.  Ms. King conducts assessments, evaluations and provides individual family and group counseling on issues relating to substance abuse, mental and behavioral health, family and relationship problems, life management, and social skills.
